Our Story
Spectech Promotions LLC was founded in Astoria, New York, after seeing how many small business owners were stuck choosing between doing their own books badly or signing up for a monthly bookkeeping retainer they didn't actually need. Most businesses don't have year-round bookkeeping needs — they have a specific problem: three years of unfiled receipts, a payroll system that was never set up correctly, or a lender asking for statements that don't exist yet.
We built our business around solving that specific problem, once, for a fair and fixed price — and then stepping back until you need us again.

How We Work
Before any payment changes hands, you receive a written scope and price. What's included — and what isn't — is agreed upfront, not discovered halfway through.
We explain what we're doing to your books and why, in terms that make sense to a business owner — not in accounting jargon meant to sound impressive.
Every plan comes with a stated turnaround. If your project needs to move faster for a lender or filing deadline, tell us before booking and we'll confirm if it's possible.
We're a bookkeeping and payroll support service, not a CPA or law firm. Where a project needs certified tax or legal sign-off, we say so and point you to the right professional.
