These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Spectech Promotions LLC website and your booking of any bookkeeping, payroll, or accounting support project with us. By submitting a quote request, booking a project, or making payment, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Spectech Promotions LLC provides bookkeeping, payroll, and accounting support services to small businesses, including bookkeeping catch-up and cleanup, bank and credit card reconciliation, payroll setup and one-time processing support, financial statement preparation, accounting software setup, sales tax filing support, year-end closing, and related support services described on our Services and Pricing pages.
All services offered by Spectech Promotions LLC are one-time, project-based engagements. We do not offer subscriptions, retainers, or any form of recurring or automatically renewing billing. Full payment for the agreed scope is required at the time of booking, before work begins, unless otherwise agreed in writing for a specific project. Once a project is paid for and delivered, no further payment is owed for that engagement.
Before any payment is collected, we will provide a written description of the scope of work and the fixed price for your project, based on the plan you select or a custom quote. Work performed is limited to the agreed scope. Any additional work outside that scope — such as additional months of backlog, additional accounts, or additional employees discovered mid-project — will be quoted and invoiced separately as its own one-time engagement, or added to the current project only with your written agreement to the revised price.
To complete your project on schedule, you agree to provide accurate and complete financial records, account access, and information as requested, and to respond to reasonable requests for clarification in a timely manner. Delays in providing requested materials may extend the agreed turnaround time.
Turnaround times listed on our Pricing page are estimates based on typical project scopes and begin once we have received all necessary documents and access from you. Turnaround times may vary based on transaction volume, responsiveness, and the complexity of your records.
Spectech Promotions LLC is a bookkeeping, payroll, and accounting support service. We are not a law firm, CPA firm, or registered tax preparation company, and nothing we provide constitutes legal advice, certified tax advice, or an audited or certified accounting opinion. Deliverables we prepare are intended to support — not replace — review by your licensed attorney, CPA, or tax professional where certified advice or representation is required.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Spectech Promotions LLC's total liability for any claim arising from a project is limited to the amount paid for that specific engagement. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits, arising from the use of our services or deliverables.
The content of our website — including text, design, and graphics — is the property of Spectech Promotions LLC and may not be copied or reproduced without permission. Financial deliverables prepared for you as part of a paid project (statements, reconciliations, reports) belong to you upon full payment and delivery.
Either party may raise concerns about a project at any time. If a project needs to be cancelled after work has begun, our Refund Policy governs how any refund is calculated. We reserve the right to decline or discontinue a project if a client cannot provide the information necessary to complete the agreed scope, or engages in abusive conduct toward our team.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services will be handled in the courts located in New York State.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our website or services after a revision constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Terms in effect at the time you book a specific project govern that project.
